INGREDIENTS
10 lamb chops
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp Supreme Garlic and Ginger Paste
2 tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
½ tsp Supreme Turmeric Powder
2 tsp minced fresh green chillies
Salt to taste
METHOD
In a large bowl mix together oil, garlic and ginger paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and salt. Add chops and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Remove marinated chops from the refrigerator 1 hour prior to cooking. Preheat an outdoor barbecue for medium-high heat. Cook on the barbecue to desired doneness, about 3/4 minutes per side for medium or longer for well done.
