Curried Chickpeas Chaat

Ingredients: 
1 Supreme Curried Chickpeas Tin 
200g chaat puri
1 cup tamarind sauce 
⅓ cup green chutney 
¾ cup red onion- finely chopped 
¾ cup cucumber- finely chopped 
¾ cup tomato- finely chopped 
¾ cup coriander- finely chopped 
½ cup pomegranate seeds 
Nylon sev 

Dahi: 
1 ½ cup yogurt 
¾ cup milk 
1 tbsp sugar 
1 tbsp Supreme Chaat Masala 
Salt to taste
Method: 
Dahi: Add all the ingredients for the dahi into a bowl and whisk together until smooth
Curried Chickpeas: Empty the curried chickpeas tin into a saucepan. Add ¼ cup of water into the tin and swirl to collect the remaining masala and add to the chickpeas. Mix well and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Layer the Chaat in the following order: 
Chaat puri 
½ of the curried chickpeas 
½ of the tamarind sauce 
½ of the green chutney 
Dahi
Nylon sev </span
Remaining tamarind sauce 
Remaining green chutney 
Half of the red onion, tomatoes & cucumber 
Remaining curried chickpeas 
Remaining red onion, tomatoes & cucumber 
Remaining tamarind sauce 
Remaining green chutney 
Nylon sev 
Coriander 
Pomegranate 

Keep chilled unit ready to serve.
