
Ingredients:Â
1 Supreme Curried Chickpeas TinÂ
200g chaat puri
1 cup tamarind sauceÂ
â…“ cup green chutneyÂ
Âľ cup red onion- finely choppedÂ
Âľ cup cucumber- finely choppedÂ
Âľ cup tomato- finely choppedÂ
Âľ cup coriander- finely choppedÂ
½ cup pomegranate seedsÂ
Nylon sevÂ
Dahi:Â
1 ½ cup yogurtÂ
Âľ cup milkÂ
1 tbsp sugarÂ
1 tbsp Supreme Chaat MasalaÂ
Salt to taste
Method:Â
Dahi: Add all the ingredients for the dahi into a bowl and whisk together until smooth
Curried Chickpeas: Empty the curried chickpeas tin into a saucepan. Add ÂĽ cup of water into the tin and swirl to collect the remaining masala and add to the chickpeas. Mix well and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Layer the Chaat in the following order:Â

½ of the tamarind sauceÂ
½ of the green chutneyÂ
