INGREDIENTS
1 kg good quality beef mince with fat. 70% beef 30% fat
1 tbsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
1 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder
1 tsp Supreme Garlic Powder
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well. Depending on the size of the burger buns, divide into even balls and flatten evenly. Place patties on a lined tray or plate, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Place on prepared (medium heat) BBQ and cook to your liking. Don’t move them around or press down on the meat, as that will squeeze out the juices. Remove burgers from the BBQ and leave to rest. Place in buns and top with accompaniments of your choice; buns, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, pickles, sauces, salad leaves, cheese.
