Thai Noodles



250g egg noodles,
⅓ cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter
¼ cup dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
3 tbsp brown sugar
½ – 1 tbsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
¼ cup boiling water
Salt to taste (if needed)

Red chillies, sliced
Sliced spring onions
Supreme White Sesame Seeds
Supreme Black Sesame Seeds


Start by boiling the noodles as per packet instructions. Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix them together well. Once the noodles are cooked, heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the sauce, and once it’s heated through and thickened, add the noodles. Toss well to coat evenly. Garnish with fresh red chillies, spring onions & sesame seeds and serve immediately.
