INGREDIENTS

1.2 kg lamb shoulder on the bone, cut into chunks
2 large onion, chopped
½ cup ghee (clarified butter)
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
1 tsp Supreme Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Supreme Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Salt to taste
3-4 tsp minced green chillies
2 tbsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
2 large Supreme Cinnamon Stick
8 Supreme Black Peppercorns
8 Supreme Green Cardamom Pods
4 Supreme Cloves

Chopped coriander
Naan

Method:
Add all the ingredients into a deep pot. Stir well, cover, and bring to a simmer over high heat. Then reduce the heat to low and cook until the lamb is tender (45-50 minutes). Remember to stir every 5-8 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with naan.
