Tandoori Chicken



1 skinless whole chicken cut in 4 pieces
3 green chillies
1 tsp Supreme Garlic Paste
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Supreme Tandoori Masala Powder
¼ cup oil
Handful of coriander leaves


Add green chillies, garlic paste, lime juice, salt, tandoori masala powder, oil and coriander leaves into a blender and blend to a smooth paste. Using a sharp knife, cut shallow incisions in the chicken pieces then place in a bowl. Pour paste over the chicken and coat well. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Take the chicken out of the refrigerator 3 to 4 hours prior to grilling, so the chicken can come to room temperature. Cook chicken over hot coals or in the oven at 200°c for 40-45 mins or until fully cooked through.
