Marinated Lamb Chops



16 lamb chops
¼ cup oil
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbsp apricot jam
1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Supreme Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Supreme Cayenne Pepper
1thbsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder
1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Powder


In a bowl, mix together; oil, ketchup, apricot jam,coarse black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, onion powder and garlic powder. Add chops and mix well ensuring each chop is coated well. Cover and marinate in the fridge overnight. Remove from fridge 2 hours prior grilling. Cook on the grill of a preheated barbecue for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or to desired doneness.
