INGREDIENTS
1 Supreme Plum Tomato Tin
½ large red onion
1-2 jalapeno peppers
1 tsp Supreme Garlic Paste
Juice of 2 limes
Generous handful of coriander leaves
Salt to taste
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until you get the salsa to the consistency you like. Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate salsa for at least an hour before serving.
