INGREDIENTS
400g fusilli pasta
1 cup Premium Finest Tomato Paste
1 tbsp sugar
1-2 tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
Salt to taste
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup finely chopped parsley
METHOD
Boil pasta in salted water until fully cooked. Drain and set aside to cool. In a bowl mix together remaining ingredients, add cooked pasta and stir well ensuring each pasta is coated well. Cool in the fridge and serve when desired.
