
INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken breast cut into 1 inch piecesÂ
300g double creamÂ
Juice of half a large lemonÂ
1 tsp Supreme Cumin PowderÂ
1 tsp Supreme Cumin SeedsÂ
1 tsp Supreme Lemon PepperÂ
2 tbsp minced green chilliesÂ
ÂĽ tsp Supreme Turmeric PowderÂ
1 tsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
ÂĽ cup finely chopped corianderÂ
Salt to tasteÂ
ÂĽ cup butterÂ
METHOD
In a bowl, mix together, double cream, lemon juice, cumin powder, cumin seeds, lemon pepper, minced green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander and salt to taste.Â
Add chicken breast into the marinade and mix well. Cover and marinate overnight in the fridge. Remove marinated chicken from the fridge 2 hours prior to cooking. Thread marinated chicken pieces through pre-soaked skewers. To make the sauce: add the remaining marinade into a BBQ safe saucepan along with the butter. Place the pan on indirect heat and let it melt and heat through. At the same time cook skewers on the grill of a preheated barbecue for 15-20 minutes, flipping occasionally until the chicken is cooked through. Drizzle the sauce over the skewers and serve immediately.
