INGREDIENTS
1.5 kg watermelon flesh, cut into chunks
5 tbsp of Supreme Rose Water
½ cup of sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup lime juice
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 lime, thinly sliced
Generous handful of mint leaves
2 lt 7up
1kg ice
METHOD
Add watermelon and sugar into a blender and blend until smooth. Strain using a fine mesh sieve then add to a large punch bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and serve.
