INGREDIENTS
1 lt red grape juice
1 lt cranberry juice
½ lt orange juice
2 oranges, sliced
100g sugar
15 Supreme Cloves
4 Supreme Cinnamon Quills
4 Supreme Star Aniseed
4 Green Supreme Green Cardamom pods
METHOD
Place all of the ingredients into a pot and simmer (without boiling) over medium heat gently for 6-8 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Then place on smallest bunner over low heat and continue to simmer for 1 hour. To serve, pour the mulled wine into heatproof glasses.
