INGREDIENTS
⅔ cup strong coffee
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
⅓ cup sugar
1 tsp pumpkin spice & extra to garnish
Pinch of salt
2 cups of full fat milk
½ tsp vanilla
Whipped cream
METHOD
Add milk to a saucepan and stirring occasionally bring to a boil, watch carefully to make sure it doesn’t boil over. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, sugar, pinch of salt and coffee. Divide the mixture between two mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
