Arabic Cold Brew Coffee

INGREDIENTS

1 cup coarsely ground coffee
4 cups room temperature water
10 Supreme Green Cardamom pods
2 Supreme Cloves
Pinch of Supreme Saffron
Optional:
Milk
Cream
Sweeteners

METHOD

Combine ground coffee, cardamom pods, cloves and saffron with 4 cups of room temperature water in a large container/ jug or french press. Stir well, then cover with cling film and steep in the refrigerator for 18 to 24 hours. Strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve lined with a coffee filter or cheesecloth into a separate container. You can also use a French press to brew your coffee. Add all ingredients into the press and mix well. Place the French press plunger on top and steep in the refrigerator for 18 to 24 hours. Carefully press down on the plunger to push all the grounds to the bottom. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with ice, milk, cream or sweeteners of your choice.
