
INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh cucumber cut into chunks
2 cups yogurt
ÂĽ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Salt to taste
ÂĽ tsp Supreme Minced Garlic
METHOD
Halve the cucumber lengthways and cut into strips. Remove and discard the seeds, then cut into strips. Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir well. Serve chilled with rice, fish, chicken, kababs, lamb or pita chips.
