
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Supreme Pudding RiceÂ
4 cups milk
1 tin condensed milkÂ
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Supreme Nutmeg Powder
Small Pinch of saltÂ
Strawberry jam
METHOD
Wash the pudding rice and add to a deep pan along with the milk, condensed milk, Nutmeg Powder & salt. Stir throughout, bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat, simmer and stir occasionally, until the milk has thickened and the rice is cooked (approximately 45 minutes to an hour). Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Serve warm with a dollop of strawberry jam.
