French Crepes

INGREDIENTS

2 cup plain flour
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings:
Nutella
Berries
Icing sugar
Chopped supreme Almonds

METHOD

In a bowl sift together flour, salt and sugar, and set aside. In another bowl whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Slowly pour the egg mixture and melted butter into the flour mixture and whisk until smooth. Place a crêpe pan or non stick frying pan over medium heat. (Depending on the size of the pan), scoop enough batter to coat the bottom of the pan. Tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible. Cook on both sides and serve immediately with toppings.
