Middle-Eastern Lamb Chops



10 lamb chops
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
1 tsp Supreme Coriander Powder
1 tsp Supreme Smoked Paprika Powder
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
1 tsp Supreme Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Supreme Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt to taste


In a bowl mix together oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, smoked paprika powder, coarse black pepper, cinnamon powder, onion powder, garlic powder and salt to taste. Add chops and coat well. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator and allow the chops to come to room temperature. Heat a grilled pan over high heat until almost smoking, add the chops and sear for about 4 minutes. Flip the chops over and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest for 2 minutes. Serve with saffron and chickpea rice
