Jaggery Rice Pudding

Ingredients: 
½ cup Supreme Pudding Rice 
4 cups milk
250g jaggery, grated  
Pinch of salt 
supreme golden sultana 

Method:
Wash the pudding rice thoroughly and set aside. Heat a deep pot over medium heat. Add milk and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and add the washed rice. Simmer and stir or whisk occasionally, until the milk has thickened and the rice is cooked (approximately 45 minutes to an hour). Add jaggery and salt and whisk continuously until fully melted. Remove from heat, top with golden sultana and serve.
