
Ingredients:
Chai:
1 tin evaporated milk
½ can condensed milk
2 tbsp loose tea
⅓ tsp Supreme Fennel Seeds
6 Supreme Black Peppercorns
6 Supreme Green Cardamom pods
8 Supreme Cloves
1 supreme Star aniseed
1 Supreme Cinnamon quill

1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
2 tbsp warm water
½ cup tea
Handful of ice
Milk of your choice
Method:
Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, tea and spices into a saucepan. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once the tea comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the tea.
Sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Add ½ tbsp of warm water and whisk for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Add remaining water and whisk vigorously for 20-30 seconds until frothy.
Pour tea into the glass along with a handful of ice. Add in milk until almost full, then pour the matcha on top.
