INGREDIENTS
300g mushrooms (sliced)
30g butter
½ – 1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
½ – 1 tsp Supreme Minced Garlic
Salt to taste
Handful of chopped fresh parsley
2 slices of sourdough bread
METHOD
Melt butter in a frying pan over high heat. Add mushrooms and stirring constantly cook for 5-6 minutes. In the meantime, toast the sourdough bread. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds then remove pan from heat. Add chopped parsley, salt and coarse black pepper to the mushrooms, stir, then serve on sourdough toast.
