
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups of Supreme Desiccated Coconut
20 Supreme Cashew Nuts, finely chopped
20 Supreme Almond, finely chopped
30 Supreme Golden Sultanas, finely chopped
Âľ cup condensed milk
ÂĽ tsp Supreme Green Cardamom Powder
½ cup Supreme Desiccated Coconut
METHOD
Pour the ½ cup of desiccated coconut into a shallow bowl and set aside. In a bowl mix together 1 ½ cup dessicated coconut, chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, chopped golden sultanas, condensed milk and cardamom powder. Approximately take 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls. Then roll the balls in the desiccated coconut and place in small sweet cases. Store ladoos in a airtight container. Refrigerate and eat within 7 days.
