150g good quality dark chocolate
150g good quality white chocolate
Supreme Almonds
Supreme Cashews
Supreme Golden Sultanas
Supreme Pistachios
METHOD
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Break the dark and white chocolate into separate microwavable bowls. Keeping an eye on chocolate, heat for 20 seconds, stir and repeat until only a few small solid bits remain. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the tray and spread it into a rectangle. Then drizzle over the melted white chocolate and using a cocktail stick create swirls across the chocolate. Scatter over desired amount of almonds, cashews, pistachios and golden sultanas. Set aside to set. Cut into irregular shapes or simply break into pieces and serve.
