Raspberry Jam Twists



1 sheet of ready rolled puff pastry
Raspberry and Cardamom Jam (recipe on our website)
Icing sugar for dusting


Preheat the oven to 200c and line two baking trays with parchment paper. Unroll pastry and cut it in half lengthways so that you have two long equal sized rectangles. Spoon generous amount of jam onto one half and spread it all over the pastry. Place the other rectangle of pastry on top and gently press down. Cut the pastry widthways into strips into 1/2 inch thick or about a finger width. Twist each strip and place on the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool just for a couple of minutes as the jam will be very hot! Dust with icing sugar and serve.
