Corn on the Cob with Chilli, Lemon & Coriander Butter



3 ears fresh sweet corn, husks removed or cleaned
100g softened butter
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Zest of 1 lemon
Squeeze of lemon
1 long red chilli, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Pinch of Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
½ tsp Supreme Chilli Powder
1 tsp Supreme Garlic Paste


In a bowl, mix together butter, chopped coriander, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped red chilli, salt, black pepper, chilli powder and garlic paste. Chill in the fridge until needed 

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.

Add corn: cook uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and serve immediately with chilli, lemon and coriander butter.
