Garlic Bread Rolls

800g bread flour
525 ml warm milk
7g yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder
2 tbsp Supreme Garlic Powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
50g butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar

Garlic Butter:
100g softened salted butter
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Handful of chopped parsley

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the garlic butter and set aside. In a large bowl (the bowl of your stand mixer if using), whisk together warm milk, sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly. Then add remaining ingredients and mix with a dough hook until dough is smooth and springy. Place in a greased bowl and turn to coat the ball of dough. Cover with cling film and set in a warm place to rise for at least 2 hours or until doubled in size. Lightly brush a large metal tray with garlic butter and roll dough into 30 balls, creating as smooth a top. Place in pan with the seam down and cover to let rise in a warm place for 1 ½ hours or until doubled in size again. Preheat oven to 190°c then brush the tops with garlic butter and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve.
