Cinnamon Honey Roasted Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

3 medium potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks
1 sweet potato, peeled & cut into chunks
2 medium carrots, peeled & cut into 1 inch chunks
2 handfuls of green beans
2 medium red onions, peeled & cut into ¼
Handful of green beans, trimmed
50g melted butter
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Supreme Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp Supreme Garlic Powder
1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Salt to taste
¼ cup of honey

METHOD

Preheat oven to 200°c. Place all the prepared vegetables in one even layer in the prepared baking tray. Add melted butter, oil, cinnamon powder, garlic powder, salt, coarse black pepper and honey. Toss well, evenly coating all the vegetables. Roast the vegetables, stirring every 10 minutes for 45-50 mins or until tender and golden brown.
