Amba Sauce



¼ cup oil
1 cup Supreme Mango Pulp
½ tsp Supreme Fenugreek Seeds, ground to a powder
1 tsp Supreme Mustard Seeds
½ tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
½ tsp Supreme Coriander Powder
½ tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
¼ tsp Supreme Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
½ tsp Supreme Paprika
1 tsp Supreme Garlic Paste
2 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste


Add mango pulp and vinegar to a mixing bowl and set aside. Place a frying pan over medium heat and add oil. Then add all spices and cook for a few minutes until mustard seeds start to splutter (be careful not to burn the spices). Remove from heat, add garlic paste and stir well. Add the spice mixture and salt to the mango pulp and stir well. Pour into an airtight jar, cool and refrigerate overnight before serving.
