Mango & Passionfruit Sorbet

INGREDIENTS

1 tin Supreme Mango Pulp
Pulp of 2 passion fruits
Zest of half a lemon
Juice of 1 lime

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk well. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for several hours to harden. Remove from the freezer and let it 5-10 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
