INGREDIENTS
200g feta cheese
200g cream cheese
2 cloves of garlic
⅓ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Topping:
2 tbsp Supreme Supreme Pistachio Kernels, finely chopped
¼ cup finely chopped spring onions (green part)
1 tsp Supreme Natural Sesame Seeds
⅓ cup honey
METHOD
Add feta, cream cheese, garlic and black pepper into a food processor and combine until smooth and whipped. Spoon the cheese out of the food processor onto a small plate. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Use a spoon to create a well in the center of the cheese and fill with honey. Garnish the side of the well with sliced spring onions, chopped pistachios and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately with warm pieces of pita bread.
