
INGREDIENTS
filling:
1 tbsp oil
1 cup chicken breast chopped into 1cm cubes
1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder
1 tsp Supreme Garlic PowderÂ
2 tbsp Supreme Paprika
1 cup passataÂ
½ tsp oreganoÂ
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegarÂ
1 cup sweetcornÂ
1 ½ cup grated mozzarella
1 ½ cup grated cheddarÂ
Spring roll sheet
flour paste:
ÂĽ cup plain flour
ÂĽ cup water
METHOD
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add oil, chicken, salt and pepper, and cook until all moisture has evaporated. Add garlic powder, onion powder and paprika, cook for a few minutes, then stir in passata, oregano, sweetcorn, sugar and vinegar and mix well. Check for seasoning, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the mixture has thickened. Remove from heat and cool completely. Lastly, add grated cheese and mix until well combined.Â
Make flour paste by mixing flour and water together until you have a thick consistency.
To fill the parcel lay the spring roll sheet and spoon 1 1/2 tbsp of the mixture near the bottom of the sheet. Brush corners with flour paste, then fold in â…“ of the sheet (on both sides) over the mixture so that they completely overlap and then fold tightly towards the top and seal end with flour paste. Repeat with remaining spring roll sheets and filling. At this point you can freeze the pizza parcels.
To cook: deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
