INGREDIENTS
650g chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
3 tsp Supreme Coriander Powder
¼ tsp Supreme Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
2-3 tsp minced green chillies
2 tsp lemon juice
2 medium potatoes, cut into 1 inch by 1 inch slices
Supreme Fine Semolina
Eggs, beaten
METHOD
In a bowl, mix together chicken breast, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, lemon juice and blanched potatoes. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours. To assemble; thread alternate chicken and potato through a cocktail stick and then coat in fine semolina. At this point you can freeze the chicken & potato sticks. To cook; dip in beaten egg and shallow fry in hot oil unit golden and fully cooked through
