Ingredients:
500g okra
2 tbsp Supreme Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Supreme Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Supreme Coriander Seeds
1 tsp salt
¼ cup oil
¼ cup water
½ cup Supreme Chickpea Flour
¼ cup Supreme Rice Flour
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200°c. Trim the tops and of the okra then cut into quarters (lengthways). Add the okra into a mixing bowl along with chaat masala, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, salt, rice flour and chickpea flour. Mix well so that the okra is coated well. Add oil and water and mix well. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange the okra in an even layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn the okra fries halfway through cooking. Remove the okra fries from the oven and serve.
