INGREDIENTS
1 Supreme chickpeas tin, drained
¼ cup water
2 garlic cloves
Juice of 1 large lemon
3 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
¼ cup Zaytuna olive Oil
Salt to taste
Garnish (optional):
Zaytuna olive oil
Sumac/ chilli powder
chopped parsley
METHOD
Add all ingredients for the hummus in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to make swirls. Chill before serving. Drizzle with olive oil and top with sumac, chilli powder or chopped parsley.
