INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for french toast:
6 slices of bread
2 eggs
½ cup milk
¼ cup cream
1 tsp Supreme Cinnamon Powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Butter
Oil
Ingredients for blueberry syrup:
1 cup golden syrup
2 pkts of blueberries
Garnish:
Fresh summer fruits
Icing sugar
Cream cheese frosting
METHOD
In a saucepan add blueberries and golden syrup, bring to a boil over medium-high heat then set aside.In a bowl whisk together egg, milk, cream, cinnamon powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Heat a lightly buttered and oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in a pan, and cook on both sides until golden. Serve with blueberry syrup, cream cheese frosting, summer fruits and dusting of icing sugar.
