INGREDIENTS

Wooden skewers
2 chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tsp Supreme Garlic and Ginger Paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Spring onion bunch. Cut into 2 inch length
For sauce:
1-2 tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp oil

METHOD

Soak skewers in water overnight. In a bowl, add garlic and ginger paste, salt, pepper and chicken. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour. In another bowl mix together all ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Preheat oven to 200°c. Remove skewers from the water and gently wipe them with kitchen paper. Thread through chicken and green onion onto a skewer in alternating order. Line skewers on a baking sheet lined with foil and brush skewers with sauce. Place in the oven, basting and turning every 3 minutes chicken is fully cooked.
