Creamy Harissa Pasta

Ingredients: 
50g butter 
3 medium red onions, sliced 
Salt to taste 
2 tbsp Supreme Garlic Paste 
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper 
2-3 tbsp Harissa paste 
½ cup water 
½ cup double cream 
1 cup pasta water 
1 packet La Rossella Angel Hair Nests 
Chopped parsley 
Lemon zest 

Method: 
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add butter and once melted add red onions and salt. Saute the onions until caramelized. Then add garlic paste, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add Harissa paste and coarse black pepper, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in half a cup of water, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Now add double cream and salt. Stir well and simmer on low for 5 minutes. 
In the meantime cook the pasta: bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season the water with salt, add the pasta and cook for 4 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water then drain pasta in a colander and transfer to the sauce. Mix well to combine and add pasta water as needed. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon zest.
