Ingredients:Â
30 wings (tips)
ÂĽ cup oil
2 tbsp vinegarÂ
1 tbsp Supreme Garlic PowderÂ
1 tbsp Supreme Onion PowderÂ
Salt to tasteÂ
1 tbsp Supreme Cayenne Pepper PowderÂ
1 tbsp Supreme Smoked Paprika PowderÂ
2 tbsp potato/corn flour
30g butterÂ
½ cup sriracha sauceÂ
ÂĽ cup honeyÂ
2 tbsp Supreme Garlic PasteÂ

Method:Â
Preheat the oven at 180°c. Add the chicken wings, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt to taste, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and potato/corn flour into a large mixing bowl. Mix well so that the wings are coated well. Arrange wings on the rack of the prepared baking tray. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then turn the wings and continue baking for 20 minutes. Turn the wings again and bake until the wings are browned and crispy, about 10 minutes more. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add butter and once melted and garlic paste and saute for 1-2 minutes then add honey, sriracha and salt. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens. Add the baked chicken wings and toss until the wings are coated evenly in the sauce. Garnish with spring onions and serve.Â
