
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Supreme Sesame SeedsÂ
2 tbsp dark soy sauceÂ
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oilÂ
1 tbsp honeyÂ
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Cooked short grain riceÂ
Sliced cucumbersÂ
Sliced spring onionsÂ
Sliced red chilliesÂ

METHOD
Into a bowl, add chilli flakes, sesame seeds, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey and ginger garlic paste. Mix well then pour over the salmon fillets. Make sure both sides of the fillets are coated in the marinade. Set aside for 20 minutes to marinate. Preheat the oven at 200°c. Place the salmon onto a lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve over cooked short grain rice, lettuce, cucumbers, spring onion and red chillies.Â
