
Ingredients:
500g chicken mince
½ cup cabbage- finely chopped
½ cup spring onions- finely chopped
1 tbsp Supreme Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Paste
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbs Supreme White Pepper Powder
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 packet wonton sheets
Oil to deep fry
Method:
Into a bowl add chicken mince, cabbage, spring onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, white pepper powder, salt, cornflour and sesame oil. Mix well to combine thoroughly.
Place a sheet of wonton in your hand and place a heaped teaspoon of filling in the middle. Brush two of the edges with water then fold and seal into a triangle shape. Then brush one bottom end of the triangle with water and bring the corners together and press to seal. Repeat with remaining wonton sheets and filling.
Heat a pot with enough oil to deep fry over medium-high heat.
Once heated, fry the wontons in batches until golden and cooked through. Deep fry remaining dumplings and serve hot with chilli oil or sauce of your choice.
