Curried Devilled Eggs



8 hard boiled eggs
1 cup plain flour seasoned with salt and pepper
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ tsp Supreme Curry Powder
1 tsp Mustard Powder
a few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
salt to taste
Chopped spring onions to garnish
1 tsp Supreme Paprika Powder


Cut the eggs in half lengthways. Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl with the mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon, salt, Worcestershire and mustard powder. Mix well. Dredge egg white in seasoned flour, then dip in egg and finally coat in panko breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika and spring onions.
