INGREDIENTS
6 figs, cut in half
60g Goats cheese, sliced
Supreme Cinnamon Powder
Honey
¼ cup Supreme Pistachios, chopped
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°c and place figs cut side up on a baking tray. Sprinkle each fig with a pinch of cinnamon powder and a slice of goats cheese. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until tender and starting to brown. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
