Grilled Sea Bass



4 fillets of sea bass, with skin left on one side
2 tbsp softened butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Supreme Lemon Pepper Seasoning
¼ tsp Supreme Paprika
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
¼ tsp Supreme Onion Powder
½ tsp aromat
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
Lemon slices


In a bowl, mix together: softened butter, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, aromat and chopped parsley. And fish fillets and gently coat each fillet in the marinade. Place fish fillets and lemon slices on the grill of a preheated barbecue or hot frying pan, skin side down, and spoon over remaining marinade. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side and serve immediately.
