
Ingredients:
500g cabbage- thinly sliced
1 small spring onion bunch- sliced
1 cup parsley- finely chopped
1 cup dill- finely chopped
Dressing:
⅓ cup Zaytuna Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic, finely grated/ minced
1 tbsp dried mint
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Method:
Add all the ingredients for the dressing into a bowl and mix well.
Add cabbage, spring onions, parsley and dill into a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
