Peri Peri Wings



20 chicken wings with skin
½ cup oil
½ cup Supreme Peri Peri Seasoning
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Supreme Onion Powder
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup ketchup
Small handful of chopped coriander


In a bowl mix together: oil, peri peri seasoning, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, chopped coriander, and ketchup. Add wings and mix well ensuring wings are coated evenly. Cover and marinate in the fridge overnight. Remove from fridge 2 hours prior grilling. Thread wings through a large metal skewer and cook on the grill of a preheated barbecue for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping and basting with remaining marinade occasionally, until skin is crisp and meat is cooked through. Serve immediately
