Cinnamon Sugar Biscuits



115g butter (room temperature)
60g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
135g flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp Supreme Cinnamon Powder


Preheat oven at 170°c. Cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl or in a food mixer until mixture is pale and fluffy. Sift in the flour and add vanilla extract then bring the mixture together to form a firm dough. In a bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon powder and set aside. Using a tbsp measuring spoon, scoop the dough into your palms and roll into balls then gently flatten with your fingers. Roll the flattened dough in cinnamon sugar mix then place on a lined baking tray (leave space between them as the will expand). Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are light golden brown. Carefully transfer the biscuits to a wire rack to cool.
