
Ingredients:
Chicken kebab mix (recipe on our website)
Frozen paratha
Chutney
Lettuce- sliced
White cabbage- sliced
Red onion- sliced
Cucumber- sliced
Method:
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the frozen paratha and cook both sides until golden. Remove from heat and place on a plate. Add a heaped tbsp of kebab mixture onto the paratha and spread evenly to the edges. Return back to the pan kebab side down and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from heat and add salad and chutney and serve
